We aim to represent our products' colors, materials and finishing as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor color calibrations, materials and finishes represented on the website cannot be guaranteed to be accurate on your individual screen.
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. This does not warranty damage caused by the user, wear caused through use or minor visual imperfections that do not compromise product utility. The Good Flock LLC reserves the right to determine if returned products are the result of defective manufacturing or damage caused through use.
For domestic orders we accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Products must be returned unused and with original packaging. The Good Flock LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of its products if returned after 15 days of purchase or returned without original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on international or custom orders.
All prices are shown and processed in US dollars. Payment in any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider, translated into your local currency and represented on your card statement.
